This service provides psychiatric services for patients of all ages in outpatient clinics in selected hospitals include following specialties :
Book an appointment through customer happiness center or EHS call center, ensure referral availability
Arrive at the center 20 minutes before the appointment and check in through the Customer Happiness Center.
Document the patient's vital signs and perform an initial assessment.
Clinical examination will be conducted by the doctor
Conduct necessary laboratory tests and analyses if needed and receive appropriate treatment
Pay fees if required.
Visit the pharmacy to obtain medications as needed.
The health insurance system has been implemented in 10 hospitals and is currently being completed in the remaining hospitals.
