This service allows customers to request the issue of a true copy of an original birth certificate.

Service Process

In case the birth was registered before 2018:
- Proceed to the public Health Center in the Emirate where the birth took place
- Submit the EID for the requester
- Pay fees if required.
- Receive the Certificate

In case the birth registered 2018 and after:
- log in with your UAE PASS account.
- Submit the application via the e-system and enter the notification number (QAID number) to retrieve the information
- Pay fees if required.
- Receive the certificate through delivery or by visiting the public health center in the Emirate
