the Service This service enables interested parties to rent assets or spaces belonging to EHS in order to invest or operate in diverse commercial activities, such as flooring, shops, printing offices, gift kiosks, etc.

Process

  • The tenant visits the leasing platform, views the spaces available for rent, fills out all the fields, and obtains approval from those concerned from the health facility.
  • EHS staff will then review the application and verify the required documents.
  • If the conditions are met, the application will be transferred to the Property Leasing Committee for a final decision.
  • The applicant will be informed of the Committee's decision.
  • If the applicant agrees to the terms and rental value, the parties sign the contract and the tenant pays the amount due for rent.

Required Documents

  • Copy of the original valid Trade License, if any, and a license issued for the site to be rented.
  • Certificate of Registration for Value Added Tax in UAE
  • Copy of valid ID card .
  • Approved Letter from health facility.

Conditions & Requirements

  • The tenant should not be an EHS employee.
  • The tenant should not have relatives (up to third degree) employed by EHS.
