Digital Care Centre

Digital Care Centre

The center provides virtual services to patients, including initial medical diagnosis, necessary medical guidance and instructions, support services, medical consultations and diagnosis for non-emergency cases, as well as booking and managing appointments, dispensing and delivering medications within 24 hours or less, and conducting medical examinations and laboratory tests at the nearest health center to the customer.

The customer must show his ID when starting the video consultation, and this service is provided free of charge.


Service procedures

  • Book a medical appointment through the EHS Application.
  • Text message to confirm the virtual appointment.
  • Sending a text message to remind the customer 24 hours before the appointment and one hour before the appointment.
  • Join the video call on the day of the appointment and present your Emirates ID.
  • The medical consultation begins with the doctor communicating with the customer, assessing the medical condition and requesting the necessary laboratory tests, x-rays, referral, and writing the prescription according to the doctor’s evaluation.
  • Follow up on the case according to the doctor’s instructions.

Terms and requirements

  • A valid health card is required
  • Citizens aged 18 years and above in all northern emirates (from Dubai to Fujairah).

Duration of completion of the service

  • Book a medical appointment in 2 minutes or less
  • Family Medicine: Medical consultation duration 10 to 15 minutes
  • Smoking cessation: Medical consultation duration 20 to 30 minutes
