Register in the service by the following methods:
Visit the primary healthcare center 20 minutes prior to your appointment for registration.
Initial assessment by the nurse
Clinical consultation by the physician
Receive the required vaccination
Book the next appointment through the customer happiness center in the clinic or by the service channels.
Child ID/passport (if the child ID/passport is not available, then a copy of the official birth notification or birth certificate and ID/passport of the guardian are required).
Previous immunization card if applicable.
